Grape Variety: Syrah, Merlot, Tintilla de Rota(Graciano) from IGP Tierra de Cadiz.
Ageing: 6 months in anphora and 6 months in oak barrel.
Sight: Red Cherry, medium layer and dense tears.
Nose: Carnation, currant on a cocoa backgroud. Blanck fruit even chinese ink.
Taste: Good acidity, present tannins, salinity and good volume in the mouth
Pairing: Pasta, vegetables, poultry, sausages, cheeses.
The wine in a few words: Surprisingly fresh and elegant southern organic red wine.
