Ageing: 14 months part of it in french oak barrel and part in stainless steel tanks.
Sight: Intense, High Layer, Poerful black red.
Nose: Complex with notes of ripe black fruit and touches of cloves, vainilla, black chocolate.
Taste: Starts with black fruit and ends with ripeness fruit, integrated tannins,very well balanced.
Food Pairing: Very flexible from red meat to cured cheeses.
