Sight: Deep ruby with purple highlights and visible legs.
Nose: Intense aromas of ripe forest fruits over a background of quality notes from the oak, as toffee, cedar, leather and liquorice.
Taste: It is a serious, elegant, and structured and mouth filling wine, that expresses itself in a wonderful way its outstanding structure of ripe fruit and velvety tannins. Decanting is recommended to allow the wine displays all its complexity and expression.
Food Pairing: Steak, Stews, Deer, Wild Pork.
