Nose: Intense, full of life, very fruity, reminding red fruits, especially blackberry and strawberry.
Taste: Wide, notes of black pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, black chocolate and cocoa. Round, sweet with soft tannins. Long and delicate aftertaste with great persistence.
Food Pairing: Iberian Ham, cheeses, grilled red meat, poultry, and tapas.
