Ageing: 18 months in french oak barrels.
Sight: Bright, lively cherry red, with subtle hints of youthful violet.
Nose: Wonderful aromatic intensity, highlight ripe black fruit and hints of berries, toasted and elegant balsamic aromas.
Taste: Large and powerful on the palate with a nice tannin. It is a complex wine, very balanced in mouth.
Food Pairing: Red meats, aged cheese and fatty fish.
