In Appearance: A young wine betrayed by its deep and intense violet colour
On the nose: It has a gentle smell of earth and all that grows from it like the wood of the trees, and forest fruits; fresh and warm, alcohol and stone.
On the palate: In the mouth enjoy its lively tannin character together with the acidity of fresh fruits.
Food pairing: Iberian Ham, cheeses, grilled red meat.
