Grape Variety: Viura(Macabeo) in Alavese Rioja in the DOC Rioja.
Ageing: 24 months in oak barrel.
Sight: Deep gold, clean and bright.
Nose: It is a spectacular wine, intense and extremely complex. On the nose shows peach liquor, candied apricot, honey, white flowers, raisins and fresh herbs. Hints of pastries, yeasts and nuts are also appreciated, as a result of the long and patient ageing in the barrel. It is advisable to decant a few hours before the tasting.
Taste: It is dry, complex, with a pleasant and elegant mouth filling sensation that reminds peach liqueur, pastry notes and nuts. It has certain smoothness and long aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Cheese, seafood ,paella, poultry and sauces.
The wine in a few words: A great white wine of Rioja. Classic style.
