Vineyard: Organic Vineyards in Medina del Campo, VT Castilla y Leon, inland Spain.
Ageing: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
In appearance: Bright yellow with slightly greenish reflections.
On the nose: The aroma is intense but with finesse. Lemons, pears, mangos
and passion fruit compete in the nose, with some fresh and herbal notes.
On the palate: In the mouth is more citrus, tasty and has a fresh entrance.
With good structure, a slight bitterness and some soft mineral notes at the end.
Food Pairing: Appetizers, pasta, rice, fish, poultry and foiegras.
