In Appearance: Yellow straw colour with slight greenish hints, very clean and bright.
On the nose: Good aromatic intensity with pronounced typicity where the frutal remembrance of reinette apple, melon and apricot are mixed together with small hints of aging on its lees.
On the palate: In the mouth it is well structured, unctuous with volume and natural freshness which makes it a long-lasting wine.
Food pairing: Shellfish, grilled fish, rice, pasta, sushi and Asian Cuisine.
