Ageing: 18 months in American oak barrels.
In appearance: Deep cherry with mahogany reflections.
On the nose: Complex, rich, fruity and floral wine, with violet and red fruits onthe nose. Also fine toasted and creamy notes, balsamic, liquorice and spices.
On the palate: Mouth filling, harmonious, and rich, shows ripe fruit with notes of creamy oak. Warm and very expressive finish.
Food Pairing: Stews and sauces.
The wine in a few words: Classic Rioja with a happy ending.
