Ageing: 18 months in French oak barrels
Production: 3.000 bottles.
In Appearance: Scarlet-colour with hues of garnet. Clean and bright.
On the nose: Intense on the nose, red fruits over lightly toast and some notes of vanilla and slate.
On the palate: Is fresh, intense with good acidity. Red fruits on a background of black pepper. Polished tannins and slightly bitter long finish
Food pairing: Red meat, stews, beef and venison.
The Wine in a few words: Priorat long, mineral and very tasty.
