Nose: The aroma is fresh and clean, reminiscent of roses, red fruits and a light touch of pastry notes, as a result of the long aging in the bottle.
Taste: Fresh and fruity, with notes of cherries and strawberries, well-integrated carbonic, slightly acidic and with and a bit of sweetness that give it an ending that makes you smile.
Food Pairing: Appetizers, pasta, pizza and rice
