Grape varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada
Vineyards: Macabeo i Xarello from the Baix Penedès. Parellada in the area of Alt Penedès.
Ageing: Second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum of 24 months aging in the cellar. Riddling and disgorging are manual.
Color: fresh, golden color and very fine bubbles.
Aroma: Fresh and clean with notes of aromatic herbs, white light touches of pastry i marked by a mineral notes fruit.
Palate: The palate original, tasty and straightforward freshness, flavors of white fruits they grow adding to the sense of persistence, prolonging the pleasure.
Pairing: Appetizers, fish and desserts.
Wine Description: A classic cava inviting to continue drinking.
